It accumulates in the body and may also affect their future progeny when breast-fed or unborn. In addition, the migration of N-nitrosatable substances from the toy is too high (measured value up to 2.8 mg/kg). Nitrosatable substances can be converted into nitrosamines, which may cause cancer through ingestion or dermal exposure. A child could be exposed to them when touching or putting the product in the mouth. ; The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standards EN 71-1, EN 71-3 and EN 71-12.
